Suitable for anyone feeling stiff or returning to movement after illness or post injury who would like to participate in very gentle movement, breathing and relaxation.

Yoga for Men

Come and join our very succesful class led by tutor Dave Clarke on Wednesday evenings. As the title suggests.....this class is specifically for men!

Dave will work on tight muscle groups ie, Hamstrings and Shoulders.

The class incorporates strong static postures along with flowing changes in movement, developing rhythmical and deeper breathing to build stamina and core strength work for better all round posture.
