We have the option to book a single class or a block of 6.
We are suggesting an affordable donation so our teachers can support your physical and mental wellbeing. If you are financially affected by the current situation please contact your teacher to advise them.
To attend, please make payment then confirm that payment has been made with the teacher you have booked with.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Before you join any of our classes, please take the time to ensure you are practising in a safe environment with plenty of clear space around you. You know your body best and are therefore responsible for ensuring that you look after yourself by adapting and modifying postures according to your range of movement, and stop any practices that make you feel unwell physically, mentally or emotionally. The teacher will not be able to see you at all times or guide you individually so please stay as present as possible and follow your inner teacher.
Please be aware that you practice yoga by livestreaming at your own risk and no liability will arise on the part of Jasmine Trust or their specified teacher. If you have any concerns during practice, please stop immediately and advise the teacher at the end of the session.

Come and join our very succesful class led by tutor Dave Clarke on Thursday evenings. As the title suggests.....this class is specifically for men!
Dave will work on tight muscle groups ie, Hamstrings and Shoulders.
The class incorporates strong static postures along with flowing changes in movement, developing rhythmical and deeper breathing to build stamina and core strength work for better all round posture.
