From 19th July, JT can legally open 'freely'. However, we are committed to a 'responsible' return still enabling social distancing, setting maximum class numbers at 12 until after the summer.
This will be reviewed towards the end of August, with the hope that from Monday 6th September we can safely offer a wider variety of classes to suit the needs of our long term clients alongside anyone wanting to develop yoga practice with our highly qualified teachers.

Come and join our very succesful class led by tutor Dave Clarke on Thursday evenings. As the title suggests.....this class is specifically for men!
Dave will work on tight muscle groups ie, Hamstrings and Shoulders.
The class incorporates strong static postures along with flowing changes in movement, developing rhythmical and deeper breathing to build stamina and core strength work for better all round posture.
