Anne Kay
Anne has been teaching at the Centre for over 10 years and regards her classes as 'mini workshops' where people can learn about the many ways yoga can help them in their daily lives.
Everyone is welcome, whatever their level of fitness or age and all are encouraged to work as individuals and to enjoy gently exploring how to move freely, how to breathe well and how to relax.
This slow and thoughtful practice leads not only to physical improvements but a more balanced and calm approach to life’s events.
You are welcome to come and try a lesson and see if yoga is something that you might enjoy.
Hannah West
Hannah holds the BWYQ Level 4 Diploma in Teaching Yoga.. Hannah encourages students to see yoga as a personal journey without comparing themselves to others or worrying about where they 'should be' rather than where they are. She aims to create classes with a relaxed atmosphere where students can learn, inquire and practice with joy. A focus will be, connecting the breath to each movement or asana.
